Greater security and protection for whistleblowers with “Trust Line” from NAVEX
The TÜV NORD GROUP has introduced an additional, IT-supported whistleblowing system with “Trust Line” from NAVEX. In addition to the Ombudsman, Dr Carsten Thiel von Herff, this offers whistleblowers a further secure and confidential reporting channel for compliance cases. The TÜV NORD whistleblowing system from NAVEX enables anonymous reporting of specific allegations of breaches of laws, internal company guidelines or our compliance programme (such as the Code of Conduct). It is specifically designed for reports of potential compliance breaches and is not intended for general complaints (e.g. regarding customer satisfaction or quality issues). All information, data and the identity of the whistleblower will, of course, be treated as strictly confidential.
You can access the whistleblowing platform at: https://secure.ethicspoint.eu/domain/media/de/gui/111762/index.html
